Trifecta: Lies, coverups, incompetence

Many consider the first black president to be worse than Jimmy Carter. Now he is doing a cover-up putting him in company with Richard Nixon. And he has apparently lied about any involvement with the Fast And Furious investigation, putting him in company with William Clinton.

He invokes a prohibition on deportation of illegal aliens, a reversal of his position from a year ago that he didn't have the authority. Now he expands the Executive Privilege to protect his cronies. There might be evidence to Impeach him. But he will more likely than not be voted out long before that could happen. Maybe this is a scorched earth action since he feels doomed to lose the re-election.

I would consider it highly ironic if the "gun issue" is what does Obama in.

Of course, "fast and Furious" is just the most outrageous of thing Obama has done regarding guns. Anyway, I would think abut it a little bit..... Thought about it? Well, let me point out, the level of paranoia it would take, (or the level of "ego") to perform the kind of antigun policies that Obama has done.

First, it looks an awful lot like Obama hatched this program, F & F, to purposely cause even more deaths in Mexico, (and they already have plenty) and to have those additional deaths tied to guns that came from the US, assumed to be from "trafficking" in order to justify a future gun control bill like a New Assault Weapons Ban? That is not as severe, but in the same class as the "burning of the Reichstag!"

Second, it looks like Obama is illegally constructing central databases with gun registration records typed in by ATF agents for the legal decentralized records. Why? The only explanation would be some future hoped for confiscation, and considering the utter difficulty of a new Assault weapons ban, (actually a ban on semiautomatic rifles, pistols, and shotguns) and the last proposed one including the "exclusion of a "grandfathering clause", which is necessitated bu the Constiutional ban on ex post facto laws, what other purpose could there be?

Anyway, Obama's new regulation requiring immediate reporting for "so called" Assault weapon purchases in just certain border states, is clearly illegal. The term "Assault Weapon", no longer has a legal definition at the federal level. So that is another Obama "legislation without Congress" practice.

And No, I am still cynical. Clinton, with all his similar crimes, got a free ride once his term was up since there was no willingness to prosecute him. So I believe, Obama and Holder will neber be prosecuted. They will probably "cop a plea" like Clinton did and then pretend they were persecuted by evil Republicans. Like Clinton has!

Mainstream media, "Fast & Furious" just partisan politics. Not going anywhere. Just listened to and hour and a half of CNN. Just called it "small potatoes." Nothing about dead border agent Brian Terry. "Move along. Nothing to see here."
