Default This Is Unreal....

While doing all my accounting paperwork, to my horror it had dawned on me, that I have not paid my telephone bill or DSL connection (Through the same telco) for over 1 year!!!!

You see, all my incoming and outgoing phone calls are VOIP that is pre-paid online. So I had to pay a fixed rate of about $40.00 for the line and DSL connection and that was it.

Anyway. I phoned up the telephone company and they said "Oh yeah...you're on the old system...I can't get into that right now....call back to technical support and they'll be able to get into it..."

Well that was a week ago. I'm still waiting for a reply off technical support.

You know. I get the feeling that if I never pay, they'll never notice, but I don't want them phoning me up one day, with a huge great whacking bill !

Don't feel bad about the bill, by now those services should be at no charge anyway.

I'm in the UK. Since this is an American messageboard, I'll convert prices to dollars.

It's Bulldog. But they are now owned by Pipex. So I don't think you can sign up with Bulldog anymore, you have to go to Pipex. Even if you lived in the UK and signed on the line...you would end up on the "new system" I guess.

Cool names for IP's, ours are boring names like SBC, ATT.
