Default How do you see things?

A couple of days ago I said that I was confident that things will turn out OK.
The last couple of days have tested my confidence, but I am resolute in my beliefs.

I am getting concerned though, that with all the Money we are throwing around to Rescue our economy, we are not demanding RADICAL CHANGES from Wall Street. We are setting ourselves up for another round of Blood Letting in the near future.

What is it that our Government is trying to do? Are they trying to keep Capitalism in it's old style regardless how much money it might take, or are we going to make some changes.

How do you think that things will turn out?

The radical changes need to include our government.
They have to stop the endless spending. Spending that includes payouts to special interests and lobbyists.

After all, it's more government with Freddie and Fannie and getting into bed with ACORN that caused this mess than were the Enron's of the late 90's.

If it had been anyone but the government, the Freddie/Fannie debacle would have yielded many people imprisoned. More so that with Enron.

Truth be we should be bringing the likes of Schumer, Dodd, Franks and Pelosi, and (yes) BO up on charges. You could probably argue an organized conspiracy took place to defraud the American tax payer that is now resulting in the crumble of the economy. Maybe we can bring them up in RICO.

Anyone ever read "Term Limits" by Vince Flynn?

Two suckers take the bait. Let's see which rant he will entreat us to on this one...the evils of PAWN SHOP CAPITALISM or REVERSE SOCIALISM.
