Osbourne: UK has run out of money

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/poli...-of-money.html The Government 'has run out of money' and cannot afford debt-fuelled tax cuts or extra spending, George Osborne has admitted. ... It can afford to raise income tax rates to 50% though, and watch their revenue decline by more than a half billion pounds. Maybe they should reduce that back to where it was? or more? ... Socialists are stupid.
