Whenever I see pot plants it just further convinces me prohibition is just silly. Banning a weed. California has essentially decriminalized marijuana use. Some growers are legal. Growing medical marijuana. The entire government War On Drugs has always been idiotic. How about our President. Admitted pot head. "Chum gang." Now he wants the Feds to prosecute users. Idiotic.

There has never been any cessation in the ability of people who want marijuana to buy marijuana. From 1970 until now, the availability and the potency of marijuana have only increased. What has been accomplished is the deterioration of the Bill of Rights and massive expansion of government authority. The War on Drugs has set the precedent from which the government has assumed the right to tell us what we may or may not do with our own bodies or remain secure in our personal property. We will not even begin to return to a Constitutional government until it is ended.
