Sex Education
Abstinence emphasis should be non controversial. However, teach reasonable introduction to contraception. For a long time I thought teaching anything about contraception would be tacit approval for sexual activity. There is no need to ban "hand holding" or gateway activities. Getting a bit silly here. There is a compromiseable route to go here.
