David, how do you like my pitching staff now? Wolf = complete game shutout on Saturday. Lilly = two-hit complete game yesterday. Webb = four hit gem, 2.10 ERA. Surprised

You sure picked up Meche in a hurry. That's damaged goods.
We will see down the stretch. Webb and Wolf are great. The rest?

Joe and I will have a great week.

I've got Byrd, Randa, Meche, and Pierzynski. Thanks, David. You give up on players too easy. I'll take it.

Av,
What is the score after yesterday? I did a manual count last night and was in the neighborhood of 12-13. Randy Johnson finally had a big night, but I was hoping for a CG.

I didn't see who you picked up, but you added Lance Nix and then dropped him immediately.

David had a great game last night and that was the difference. He had like 5 guys playing and they all busted out in a 13-10 score. Who didn't get two hits, two rbis, two runs, etc. I wished he had someone pitching in that game.

I did not ADD DROP Lance Nix. David was the one who did that.

David is ahead of you so far this week 15-10.

Good luck.

David, you forgot Sabathia who leads the league with ERA. Lilly and Webb are my sleepers.

Riske is just getting started. Meche pitched six solid innings today.

Not that it will help me. Chris and grandpa are honing in on first place.

Grandpa is a PLAYER!
Yep, it was me dropping Nix. He got hurt and I Punted. That may have been a bad move.

Nice week last week, Joe.

Still love my team. Too many guys have underperformed thus far. My future is bright. Wink

Rangers are batting the ball to a pulp - without A-Rod or Palmeiro. Let's see how their rotation holds up. Rangers bullpen looks good, too.

Betancourt just picked up back-to-back saves. Told you Betancourt was waiting to take that closer job.

David,
I thought I was going to win by 5 or 6 pts, but you had a good Sunday. A few numbers shifted. My pitching strategy saved me 3 pts, so hopefully that will keep working.

I have been offered Bernie Williams and R Biddle by the Blue Jays for Mora. I need another closer, but I don't think I can part ways with Mora yet.

Did you see where Brian Roberts at 4 steals in one game for the Orioles. I think I have 7 or 8 steals after two days. Since I can't get Fantasy sports at work, I will be curious of the results tonight.

Where do you find out if a GIDP happened when your pitcher was on the mound? I don't see the specifics in the Yahoo box score.

GIDP should be under the opposing team's batting stats.
