Any information you provide via e-mail to GoldTalk.com, or in the forum registration process will not be published without your consent unless one of the following circumstances apply:
- Any e-mail we receive that refers to a specific radio station or its practices must be given to that station for review by the FCC.
- If a law enforcement agency legally insists that we give them your registration data, we probably will.
- If your posts become persistently obnoxious* then I will consider using the common practice of "outing" you to the forum by publishing your ip and e-mail addresses.
